Because of a diverse team consisting of veterinarians, veterinary assistants, economists and marketers FeedMyAnimal is able to react quickly and competently to customer requests and market trends and to offer first class service. Customer satisfaction comes first at FeedMyAnimal and the company is constantly striving to maintain a long-term partnerships with its customers.
After the founding of FeedMyAnimal GmbH in 2009 and the launch of the website, the founding team has expanded rapidly. Currently the employees of FMA work in the areas of customer service, development, accounting and logistics. The headquarters and the logistics center of FeedMyAnimal GmbH are located in Osterode am Harz. In the logistics center near to the the Harz Mountains the consignments are prepared for customers of FeedMyAnimal and shipped with DHL. The website of FeedMyAnimal offers an extensive product range concerning animals with currently more than 5000 products.
FeedMyAnimal has set itself the goal of optimizing the internal processes in the company continuously, so that the company can provide an excellent service to its customers and all orders arrive after a short time. Furthermore, FeedMyAnimal is working on the expansion of its product range and is therefore keen to offer mainly reputable and quality-tested brands and products.
